Aveda Review

If you think that wrinkles are an old age problem, you might want to reconsider your thoughts. Pollution, stress, unhealthy eating and disturbed schedules have made us prone to wrinkles even before we reach our thirties.

This leaves us all the more worried and we actively start looking for creams that help in reducing wrinkles. Aveda is one cream that targets people who have developed wrinkles and are looking for ways to get rid of them at the earliest.

Aveda introduced an ant-aging line called “Green Science Collection” that are natural, safe and allows slowing the process of aging to a comprehensible degree. Aveda includes ingredients like Argan Oil, Vitamin E, Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids, Glucosamine, Buckwheat Wax, Peptides and Linoleic Acid.

Peptides are an essential anti-aging product and are seldom found in age lift creams. This convinces many people of Aveda’s credibility and efficiency. But the important factor is that it does not mention which peptides it includes.

Peptides are of many kinds and it is essential to know it before you apply any cream to your skin. Furthermore, the cream does not even list the concentration of the peptides.

Out of all, there is only one antioxidant and it is unlikely whether one such constituent helps to remove the wrinkles that have taken a seemingly permanent place on you face.

Overall Impression of Aveda

Aveda is known as an environmental friendly company that tricks many of us into believing it as an “effective” product. This may not stand true, given the ingredients that go into the making of the cream. Over-priced at $85, Aveda is not a best buy for removing wrinkles or stopping them from appearing.

However, there is no denying the fact that Aveda uses environmental friendly practices to manufacture its cream but this should not prick us to buy something that does not affect our skin in any positive manner.
